This fat volume caps off the 100-issue-long epic crime saga. Strangely, I was disappointed by the conclusion. Perhaps it was long waits between books, or nearly uniformly unlikeable characters, or no clear purpose to the villains. I ended this book ? and nearly 10 years or reading the series ? without any great feeling.
