52/52: At the Mountains of Madness, Vol. 2, by Gou Tanabe

The second part of Tanabe’s adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft’s only novel. A propulsive, engaging conclusion that’s enhanced by Tanabe’s detailed, imaginative, lively art. The amount of time and effort he must have invested to create these panels and pages is awe-inspiring. Perhaps the most visually interesting Lovecraft comic I can remember reading.
