At the end of BPRD, and including Hellboy, Mignola’s body of work here is one of the staggering achievements in comics history, and—honestly—might be one of the great works of fiction of the last 50 years in any medium. Truly stunning (bar the involvement of serial sexual abuser Scott Allie).
